I had never heard the rumors around Lenz back when she was on One Tree Hill, I didn’t watch it until many years after filming so all of what she discussed was new to me and wow. She is extremely honest about her experiences and hearing her narrate her reflections on what she went through kept me engaged throughout.
If you like books about cults, if you liked One Tree Hill, and/or you like memoirs, you’ll most likely really enjoy this book. Highly recommend the audio, as Lenz herself narrates and it was
